Police Dog Dies At Whistling Straits While On Duty For PGA Championship: The Loop : Golf Digest
Poor guy, conscripted for the Gestapo and they abandoned and murdered him.
Well if you deal with it every day you probably know exponentially more than I do about it. One example of what I was talking about though is let's say I'm renting out a house and a man in a wheelchair wants to be the tenant. Only he wants to lower all the countertops throughout the house to make it easier for him. Even though I don't have to pay for it and can even make him pay into escrow account to cover restoration, I feel like if I'd rather not do all that then I should be allowed to say sorry but find somewhere else. I'm not even saying that's what I'd personally do. It's just that it's a fairly big risk to take with your property and they take your ability to avoid that risk away from you. What if they guy dies one month into the lease? What if he turns to a horrible tenant that I have to evict and I'm forced to go through the court system to try and get my money back. That's a lot of time, energy, and legal fees to recover money for restoration for changes I didn't even want in the first place. That is if I ever recover it at all. I might just wind up footing the bill myself.
I just feel like if I own a property I should be allowed to veto changes that any tenant wants to make. If somebody can afford to have all the counter tops lowered in a house and then restored once they leave, then they can afford to purchase their own house where they can do whatever they feel to it.
In the private sector, the ADAs coverage of housing is limited to places of public accommodation, such as social service establishments and housing provided on or behalf a place of education. The ADA does not apply to individually owned or leased housing in the private sector not used as a public accommodation
Did you read the article? It sounded like her parents wanted to know where she is. Why would there be a warrant for that and why does that merit a no-knock raid?
Though if you or anyone else accidentally left your dog and it died, your helpful local LEO would happily charge you with a crime.
I should rephrase... If your dog accidentally died in the car, due to being locked inside. He wasn't accidentally left in the car....he was intentionally left there but the fail safes to protect the dog failed resulting in the dog's unfortunate death. If the cop did the same thing with his own personal vehicle than he should/would have been charged.

Where she was? Cops don't usually go out for that unless she was missing for an extended time. Was she underaged? Was their a complaint that something bad had happened to the woman they were searching for?
