I'm gone have to ask Behr (if I can ever find him in here) about putting bearnaise sauce on a steak. Sounds really interesting or awful, hahaha. Was it good?

Yes it was good. Not as good as how Folks Folly does it. But it works.

A lot of steakhouses do that...but they add crabmeat and asparagus and call it "Oscar".

Making lasagna and salad. Using ground beef instead of turkey, and regular pasta instead of whole wheat. I've had a day and I'm treating myself.
