You think it's more the case of him participating in the very first practice looks bad? As opposed to the DA being back from vacation on Monday?

This has taken far to long though and hopefully will be over with soon. I truly hope Von is innocent and the charges are dropped so he can get on with his life.

Sadly public opinion seems to be the catalyst for law enforcement nowadays. Just look at that dumb Cecil the lion crap.

If he is back on Friday wouldn't that mean he missed the first 5 practices? I just guessing that since they start on Monday

The word is that the coaches expect clearance Mon-Wed but the PR side wants to wait and release reinstatement late in the week.

He'll be back by first full pads practice so coaches are on board.

This is all assuming the DA takes the recent evidence the way everyone is expecting.

Pretty sure schedule this week is Tues, Wed, Thurs,Fri and Sat but could be wrong.

So it would be 3 practices missed, sorry misspoke when I said two.

It will be interesting if Von practices Fri afternoon then Butch addresses his attendance at post practice presser or if he just announces it and he shows up to first pads practice Sat.

Given Tennessee's history with these kinds of things, she'll either not be convinced by it or just take her sweet time reviewing it.

It seems as though he had the song "Back to Back" in his tweet, but added his personal touch with the subtle small "b" to mean he is "Back to be back."

From what I've heard it's pretty open and shut. Would just have to have an agenda if it's not closed by mid week.
