Mine says different.

Only ones wanting him extradited are 200 protesters in America.

"What lion?" acting information minister Prisca Mupfumira asked in response to a request for comment about Cecil, who was at that moment topping global news bulletins and generating reams of abuse for his killer on websites in the United States and Europe.

The government has still given no formal response, and on Thursday the papers that chose to run the latest twist in the Cecil saga tucked it away on inside pages.

One title had to rely on foreign news agency copy because it failed to send a reporter to the court appearance of two locals involved.

In contrast, the previous evening 200 people stood in protest outside the suburban Minneapolis dental practice of 55-year-old Walter Palmer, calling for him to be extradited to Zimbabwe to face charges of taking part in an illegal hunt.

It's cool that one person has that opinion, but enough people care that extradition probably has Palmer crapping in his pants. I'm sure that nationally Zimbabwe doesn't really care about the environment that much. Poor people/countries can't afford to spend extra effort worrying about the environment.

Not when their children are starving. They seem to have priorities that requires them to be more concerned with their people than a wild animal.

Might as well. Iran just made Obama their b****, now Zimbabwe of all countries will try. All over a lion. Hell, O wouldn't even honor dead marines killed in this country and you want the White House to address Zimbabwe over a mf'n lion?

Absolutely disgusting.

Or could it be that they have more things to worry about, like food or an actual job. People with real problems, unlike yourself, don't have time to worry about some goofy lion that was illegally hunted.

Way, way in the past when native Africans would actively hunt lions, did they actually eat them or what? Or was it more or less like a trophy hunt and a right of passage from being a boy, to turning into a man?

it sounds like the guy went on what he thought was a legal hunt and got screwed over by the local guide and land owner,especially since there issuing license to hunt lions there anyway
