Every kid that's under 21 and likes to drink know the places that will serve under age kids. Any you Tennessee guys remember Hamburger Henry's or Hannah's on the Strip? No problem getting drinks there.

Is his attacker being charged too? I wish he had the foresight to restrain himself. But there's no way he plays at FSU again.

It's FSU, man. He could have murdered his entire family and Jimbo and the TPD would just be like "Well, boys will be boys."

Video changes things though just like with Ray Rice. Even acknowledging that she clearly hit him first and appeared to be the aggressor, video looks bad.

I think she needs to be charged as well. And he definitely needs to be kicked off the team, but I wouldn't be opposed to him getting a second chance somewhere if he can stay out of trouble.

I will repeat my original point: The ONLY reason he is in trouble over this is that it was caught on video. Had there been no video, this would have been swept under the rug like everything else up there. The townies and FSU police are totally in sync on this.

My thought is that they did that so someone would "leak" her name. Then, the harassment can begin against her.

Everyone might look at this differently. My take, he's underage to start. Shouldn't be there. He grabs the girls arm's (assault, if you will) and she defends herself by punching him. He retaliates by full punch to the face. So, we'll see what happens.

I see it a bit differently, but still he should be charged. She should be charged as well and it seems, from the video, that she was the instigator in bringing it to a physical altercation.

This was my take on the video.

She punches him after he grabs her, then he clocks her.

Whatever FSU does or doesn't do from a disciplinary standpoint will surprise me.

If they do nothing, then obviously the kid Johnson is a baller.

I would like to point out that the arm he grabbed had a fist on it that she appeared to be threatening to use. Poor judgement on his part hitting that girl like that. I would have no problem with FSU whichever way they decide to go on this. I don't expect him to play there again though.

She did swing at/hit him. But after he clocks her, he walks away. My question is, why not just walk away before he swung?

Justice Dept might want to take a look into this, lots of violence agaisnt women down there lately. Someone's tax exempt status might be at stake, it's just the state capitol ya know?
