Yes...but the prosecution still offered them a deal that they stupidly declined...don't know if that will be reissued. It has to be a new trial since it was on the basis of the whole trial process corruption with the foreman. Sane jury gets the same conviction...but we know there are plenty of nuts out there.

So great to wake up this morning and see that Vandy lost. Such a great way to start the day. Vandy and losing are the perfect couple..

It is funny to me see so many people take joy in vandy losing.

They still made it to the finals and had an amazing season.

Who wouldn't immediately trade places with them right now? UT baseball is bad.

I just turned 30 two months ago and I feel like life's really starting to get serious. Have a 2 year old girl and starting to think about #2. Been down here in the Charleston area since the week I graduated UT, but starting to get this itch to move the family back to TN.

Kinda hard to believe I've been here 8 years and it still doesn't have that same home feeling Kingsport/Knoxville always had.

Will be an interesting few years. Loving life though and trying to soak it up!

My internal struggle, would it be mean to deprive my kids the opportunity to grow up at the beach? Or is it worse to deprive them of growing up in the wonderful family environment of East Tennessee?

Not what I imagined I'd be struggling with about 3-4 years ago, lol.

Guess who's no longer eating from the tube?!?

It's been a long, very hard road but we're down to just one medication, sleeping in her own room, in her own crib, and went from the 2% to the 50th percentile for her weight/length.

Little by little, Ashlee's improving enough for football season!!

Edit: And apparently I'm the new volatil with my pictures now...

I'm 37, kids born the year I graduated, graduated last year, plus today is my oldest daughter's birthday, she turns 13. I don't feel old though, I'm running a 5k this weekend and coaching my youngest daughters softball tournament. I'm in quite possibly the best shape of my life. I've lost 30 lbs in the past 3 months. It's made me feel young again.

My one mission in life is to get back to Knoxville. It's impossible to be fully happy if I'm not in East Tennessee.

That is the best thing I have heard in this thread in months. Truly awesome to hear and very happy for you and your family.

That's so great to hear OB! Congrats!! She's beautiful!!
