That's your opinion on the laws. Your opinion on the law doesn't make the person enforcing them bad. In my personal opinion I believe everyone should be allowed to own a silencer with no atf permit. Just because an ATF agent arrests someone for an unlawful possession of one doesn't make that ATF agent a bad one. It makes the person who broke the law a fooking idiot.

As I've stated on this forum dozens of times, just because some politician scribbles something down on a piece of paper, then gets a few of his cronies to agree with him, places no one under any moral obligation to obey their arbitrary commands/demands.

Immorality doesn't change just because you change its name to "law"

Legislation does not give someone an exemption from mortality. So when LEO officers initiate violence against nonviolent people, like caging someone for having a plant*, it's an immoral act. The fact that they do it with the permission of the politicians doesn't change that fact.

*I haven't smoked pot in years. I can't smoke pot because of my job and legalization would do nothing to change that. So please don't act as if my entire argument rests on me "just wanting to get high". I used that as an example cause it happens to be one of the more ludicrous and overly-enforced laws.

I respect that fact that your truly believe this. Still doesn't make your opinion or beliefs morally correct.

Let's see here, I believe in using violence only for self defense. The state uses violence and threats of violence to solve ALL of its problems.

Hmmmm, not a real choice is it?

Where do you draw the line? Meth lab is run by non violent persons... Do you give them a pass? Crack dealer had a history of non violence... Does he get a pass?

Or is it morally unjust to arrest someone running a meth lab simply because meth was made illegal by a person?

Cheers for that! Are you an anarchist?

Basically yes... Though, for reasons I don't have to explain to you, I still find hard to fully identify myself as "anarchist". When you're raised in a military family and go to public schools it takes some time for all that to wear off.

Larken Rose is basically who lead me here though. Someone, it may have been you, posted the "When should you shoot a cop" video. I clicked on expecting it to be some jackass promoting violence against LE and that I'd shut it off in 30 seconds but it wasn't. It lead me to some of his other videos and I found some interviews with him and then eventually read The Most Dangerous Superstition.

So yes I certainly believe government is evil and we'd be better off without it. I just struggle because it's hard for me to see how we're ever gonna from where we are to where we need to be (stateless society). I just can't see that transition happening smoothly.

Congratulations!!!:good!:
You don't have to explain anything to me good sir. It was indeed I who posted the video "when should you shoot a cop"

If I may, look up some books by Murray Rothbard, Lysander Spooner, Robert Higgs, Bill Buppert, David friedman and Albert Jay Nock.
This chap is very good as well, Kal molinet

Have a read.

Badged Serial Killers: The Growing Murder Culture of Cops (Part I) by Bill Buppert | Cop Block

Of course, the usual suspects will dismiss the article simply because it's from cop block. There are none so blind as those who fellate the state.

Who wouldn't dismiss that website or the ones like them? They lie, edit videos, create fake videos, only tell one side of the story and are completely disinterested in finding out the truth...it's like going to the KKK website to find out about blacks in America.

When I said I don't need to explain it to you, I didn't mean I didn't want to. I just meant that I'm sure I don't have to explain to you how hard completely letting go of statism is.

I believe I had become an anarchist for months before I was even able to admit it to myself. Even when you're able to see the truth, 30 years of indoctrination doesn't wear off over night.

I'm just happy that you can see it. That's the most important thing. Most, as we can see from this very forum, haven't a clue, and view laws as moral commands from their god the state.
Nothing against those chaps, they just haven't seen the beast for what it truly is, yet.

Do you have an argument or just your usual useless bs?

The title of that article was so ridiculous I didn't even bother to read it..... So no I don't have an argument in this case.

You're one and only view is that all cops are bad....cops are killers..... Cops have no use..... Death to cops. Why should I even try to argue with this type of brainwashed mentality? There's nothing I could possibly say that you'd even remotely agree with.

Probably not but it would at least be taking and defending a stance or at least based on conjecture instead of the usual ad hominem trash from CP.

Do you honestly expect anyone to take an article titled (Badged Serial Killers) from a trash site like cop block seriously?
