Well, the retail shoes aren't in exact team colors. For Kentucky, there are plenty of blue and white shoes. But, for example, they don't make very many Crimson shoes for retail. They have plenty of orange shoes, but not necessarily Tennessee orange. The shoes players and coaches wear are created specifically for the school, whether they have a T on them or not.

After seeing the line up pics earlier showing our "50 different shades of orange", I imagine they can make any orange shoe and I could match to at least one of my jerseys or hats.

It's hard to tell from the pic, but they look like a pair of Roshes or Zoom Speed Trainer 2s (in UT orange).

The grey ones that Butch has on are definitely the 2015 AirMax, and are widely available because I've seen several people around Knoxville wearing them, or some that are very similar. The orange and white ones from the other picture don't look like AirMax, and I haven't seen any like them.

Not from that picture. The orange and white ones from the picture a few posts down from the one where Butch has on the grey and orange shoes.

Hes wearing Air Max 2015s in the first pic. I was referring to the all orange pair in the pic posted later in the thread.

I've got the same shoes as the bottom picture, only in orange/white/black that some drunken, frat jackass spilled ketchup on at the Gator Bowl earlier this year. I guess it gives me a good excuse to buy a new pair for this season.

They are called Nike Zoom Speed TR 2s. If you find that colorway, link them here because I want them too.

I like the ones I linked but it looks like the sole changes from Orange in the back to a pinkish color in the front. Look close before you buy.

I don't think so, although they do look like them. I'm fairly certain that the Zoom Speeds were what was given to Nike schools so it stands to reason that that would be what Butch is wearing.

Once again, 100% are Roshe Runs. I own a pair identical to these. Google Orange roshe run. You will see.

I did. We sell them both. I could be mistaken though as the picture is fuzzy. Can you link it? I'd like a pair in that colorway.

They have them but they are off the “UT Orange” shade. As DP stated above, they probably won’t release those shade shoes to retail, but who knows if they will or not.

Yeah, we have a lot of Nike shoes with a more fluorescent shade as opposed to "Tennessee orange." However, some of the Adidas shoes we carry come in a shade almost identical to PMS 151 so hopefully, when the Tennessee Nike stuff drops, they will come with an available color that is our official color.

Reading over the last week or so of this thread its amazing to me that there is grown men (I assume) who can't figure out that any color where it be Tennessee Orange, Purple, Red, Blue, Pink etc...

Is going to look like a different shade of (Insert Color) depending on what the material/product is made out of! The same color is going to look different if its a fabric (cotton, man-made fabric or blend) or molded plastic or painted on different surfaces. Throw in if the product is shiny or not? Don't forget lighting in doors or sunlight/shade outdoors will make it look different.

If the product is gets wet (like a football Jersey) it will get darker because its wet! Common sense folks! Common sense.

I never knew any of that until DP explained it a couple of years ago. It wasn't that I am dumb, which is debatable, I just never paid that close of attention to color/material/light.
