'17' TN ATH Tee Higgins (Clemson commit)

Did you guys notice Butch's shoes? Nike! And they are sweet! I hope that orange isn't affected by lighting, because I love it!

Edit: got AC Vol'ed

Love the Nike. I was under the impression Jones was still under contract with Adidas until 7.1 I know, it's Summer, who's gonna enforce, and who really cares. Just surprised (and glad) to see him break out in Nike a tad premature.

Since he is listed as an athlete, what position is Tn recruiting him for?

They are recruiting him for Wr all the way. Coach Z likes all the skills he brings to the table and Tee has exceptional route running skills. Don't be surprised if he commits sooner than later. I know I said that he was going to wait but he was awfully close to pulling the trigger today. I feel pretty good that he is a silent commit

It amazes me that a multi-million (billion?) company like Adidas makes gear that apparently is trash and hurts athletes feet. Seriously.... It's a shoe. Can some Ivy League engineer not get it right?

Ivy League engineers aren't working for Adidas, haha

Does anyone know how to get those shoes? If I had those I'd be all like:

I'm not sure why their football cleats are so bad because their soccer cleats are generally superior to the Nike ones in my experiences, I've had several pairs of both.

"Adidas: We make superior cleats for the inferior sports."

I'm working on my MBA in Personal Financial Planning but maybe I should switch to marketing....

Their soccer cleats are superior. Football and baseball...not even close.

I'd guess the fact that Adidas is a German company makes their shoe engineers concentrate more on soccer than football. We all know what sport is king in Germany.

If you're talking sports in Germany, they should make a beer drinking shoe that keeps you balanced no matter how long you'd been sitting at the table.

Those folks don't mess around with beer.
