I've seen several say that this is our best chance at beating them because of the team we are fielding. In recent years, they definitely had us out talented and we were able to make those games close. This year, the talent gap is a lot smaller.

Most are saying that this is probably the most important game, from a recruiting standpoint, of any game this year and could be the game that sends one or the other to the SEC CG.

My opinion......if both teams come in ready and relatively unhurt.....it could quite possibly be one of the better college football games of the season.

I'm wanting to beat Georgia more than anyone on our schedule with Florida a close 2nd. Can't stand their fan base.

FL has long been the rival I hate the most (not to mention that this streak has become completely unbearable), so I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I'm tempted to agree just because the UGA game really seems magnified this year for recruiting purposes. I guess we'll just have to beat them both. Seems like the easiest solution to my current conundrum.

IF UGA is to have a chance versus Bama Chubb will have to carry the rock a lot. Chubb is going to have more a burden on his shoulders this year than any one player in our offense. I like our chances in a physical game especially after UGA has played Bama.

UGA by all rights should be a better team than Bama this year, just no telling what happens with CMR as coach.

That's the reason why I think the game against UT is going to be really tough this year.

We may beat Bama and have a hangover the next week. We might just be physically beat up from playing Bama, or just lay an egg against UT due to a tough loss against Bama. Either way, it's a game all dawg fans are concerned with. If they tell you otherwise, then they are lying or don't have a clue about the game.

I do like the fact that UT gets Arky the week before. I think that game will be just as tough for you guys. There's also the same defensive coaches at UT that are known for laying an egg. Butch Jones is also known for making bad in-game decisions the last couple of seasons. Maybe we catch a few breaks again this year.

It's easy to ridicule coaching when every single decision you make has such a huge impact on the game due to the talent differential between us and over half the teams we've played the last 2 years. It's amazing how much better the "coaching" gets when the talent improves.

Jancek and Martinez have been solid for us. Completely turned around the defense and secondary, which were historically bad, in just two years.

Honestly Butch needs to refine his craft as far as time management. He's good at understanding the pulse of the team and flow of the game when it comes to trick plays and fakes but his time management and timeout usage has had me pretty disappointed on several occasions. He's still a pretty young coach though when you think about it.
