'16 GA ATH Kyle Davis

Nasty Nasty athletic football player because that's what he is .I watched 3 of his games live last year and came away thinking this guy was the best player on the field all three games at any position.Would love to have him .Reminds me of JRM in high school.Just a football player.

Relevant discussion, since his top 2 are probably TN and U(nderachiever)GA.

Not really, especially since the exact same argument is going on in 7 different threads at all times. Keep it all in the football discussion thread and make it easy and much less annoying for the rest of us.

I'd like for Kyle Davis to be a Vol.

Who's with me?

Your attempt to get this thread off topic will fail and your friends will die.

Uga fans - how long you think Pruitt is there?

3 more years .. I think he knows he is bitten by the stigma of being young and inexperienced as a Coordinator. By then though, he may have already solidified a spot as the next HC at UGA

He is perhaps the most ambitious man in college football. He will jump at the first solid head coaching position available.

UGA was in the running for the title of most hated one year but Richt choked it away.

Sorry...

For me personally no one has ever come close to surpassing Bammer.

I had Bammer rubbed in my face as a child from family members that grew up in TN but for some reason turned to the dark side.

Now, for me, I pull equally hard for Bama to lose every game they play just as hard as I pull for Tennessee to win every game.

Did I mention I hate bammer?

We need Kyle Davis, BTW.

I think there is a generational difference here. For fans who, like me, came of age in the 90s when UF was dominating us and Spurrier was constantly rubbing our noses in it, there is no hatred that compares to the hatred of FL. Older fans seem to feel the same way about Bama, and I understand that. I don't like them either, but no other team inspires in me what UF inspires.

This.
I couldn't agree more. I hate Alabama because I'm supposed to. Florida just drives me crazy and it's because of Spurrier and the current losing streak. Can't wait to end it this year but I think your right about generational differences.

28 and Bama is number one for me, but I think this accurate for the most part.

I, much like you, was born in the mid 80's and grew up on UT football starting in the early 90's....in FL. So my disdain for UF is great, thanks to the environment I was raised in.

However, I was well aware of the losing streak to Bama by the time I was 7 years old or so and wanted nothing more than to end that. 93 & 94 we came close and then in 95, 10 years of pent up frustration came out and that's still one of the greatest game memories in my life.

Yep. Sounds like we're the same age. It really is all about what you were raised around. I was raised around Bama fans that had no reason being Bama fans as they were from Tennessee. These are the Bama fans that drive me most nuts. If your from bammer I get it...

Never once felt sorry for them during their slump either...

It really wouldn't hurt my feelings if they never won another football game again.

Agreed, I only became a very involved fan these past few years (I know, terrible timing considering my dad brought me to games as a child to watch Manning/Martin play) and even I don't scream and curse at any game like I do the Florida game.

Funny story, I watch games at my fiancé's mom and dad's house, and they happened to have a friend over the day of the UF/UT game last season, and needless to say he left with a very.... distinct impression of me haha
