Coach Z just visited with a JUCO WR in CA who could play this year according to VQ. He's currently visiting Pitt and I assume they will try to get him to Knoxville.

Name is Rafael Araujo-Lopes.

I think we're at 84 right now so we have a scholarship available.

Guys, it's just a thought. No need to be so harsh. I think Derek Dooley showed a lot of promise in his third year here honestly. Also, Mariota to Titans! I think he resembles a sleeker, sexier, Doug Flutie with his style of play. Thoughts?

DD SHOWED HE COULD NOT COACH A HIGH SCHOOL TEAM IN HIS THIRD YEAR, not trying to be funny he cant coach at this level, he might be a decent OVC or High School coach, but i would not wont him coaching my son.:eek:hmy: DD has got a good job now shining Jerry Jones shoes on Sunday afternoons, i not sure i think he can do that half way right.:eek:hmy:

@dpbrugler: Two possible picks at No. 33 if #Titans stay put? WR DGB (they did a lot of homework on him) and OT Donovan Smith (coached him at SR Bowl)

Read this last page. Clemson hacked the WRU poll. We need to add some more votes

When this whole Climpson WRU thing first started I lol'd but I won't lie -- their bulls!t about living in the past made me mad because it's like they chose to ignore CP, Da'Rick, and Justin Hunter who are all in the NFL (CP and Hunter were high draft picks too). We also beat them out for North AND Malone so they can't play dumb there. And let's not forget all the press ESPN has given our current WR corps for having the best talent and depth in CFB.

That all said, I think Climpson might've just done us a big favor with all this nonsense. Our WRs were already motivated but now they're gonna go into Summer workouts wanting to shut Climpson the hell up. That's great motivation when a lot of players fall into the trap of summer malaise. IOW, player led workouts and practices will be even more intense than usual, And don't think for a moment the coaches won't use this to push our WRs harder.

I think this gives our WR corps something to prove and that's a good thing. They've had a lot of press talking up their talent but this gives them a real challenge and I'd be will to bet that a giant chip is has formed on more than one of our WRs shoulders.

Beat them out for p-willy too

Until we show it on the field, we can not boast that we are currently WRU. Azzanni will have to produce this year to keep VN happy.

Tsk Tsk tsk... a house divided can not stand utvols.

We used to have one of those. Mom is UGA grad and Dad is UT as well. One day she starts freaking out because she viewed it as being evil for saying "house divided"

We all have our flaws. I have my own, granted it's not as bad as being a Georgia fan, but they are flaws nontheless, I won't be too harsh on her.
