Again, all the more motivaton for cops and the FOP to want to resolve issues in a non-lethal manner. if weapons companies can develope better ways to kill, surely these same companies can find the technology to subdue. all you've done in this thread and others is make cops case weaker, not strengthen their case.

If my child does something ignorant in a motor vehicle, for instance, that endangers his life along with others I wouldnt mind at all if the cop wrote him a ticket and chewed his ass for it.

It's part of the reason the world is turning into a big sh&thole......it's not blind admiration, it's called respect for authority.....when I was in school and did something wrong....I got in trouble at home as well as at school....now the kids act out, teachers try to discipline them and mommy and daddy run to the school to try and save them...it's no wonder kids don't have any respect any more.

Its the way I was raised. I feel that it has served me well. In fact, I am instilling this in my own children. If you want to call it " blind admiration" then so be it. I call it something else.
