Look man, not every DB is going to be an ed reed/ Troy Polamalu bust you in the mouth type of player; however, Sutton possesses skills that are invaluable to this team. And that is why people consider him to have first round potential. On many occasions I saw Cam blow up a WR screen against blocking WR's outweighing him by 30-40 pounds for a 3-5 yard loss. That's as close to a sack as a DB can get outside of blitzing. The guy has great instincts in that he reacts to plays quickly and never gives up easy plays. He also attacks the ball at a high point on interceptions and finishes plays that should go the other way (look at the Florida footage in the video). Not to mention the guy jumped a route perfectly for a pick six during his second college game ever and was the first freshmen to get his stripe removed and has the work ethic and leadership that our coaching staff values. The dude from Florida is good, but this is a vols forum and we're going to want to talk about the vols players. Especially the stand out players who have changed the attitude, intensity, and culture of this team.

That's a "what might have been" I've thought about a lot.

Could have moved Coleman to Nickel a year earlier, and maximized everyone's talents more. Would have been ridiculous!

Cam will get his due if we have a good season. ESPN will "unveil" our team to the nation if we're ranked and win a few big-time games this year. Dobbs is a media dream but they couldn't hype him up too much last year given the fact that the team was clawing for a 6-6 regular season record.

Maybe the real disagreement is on the definition of a big-time hit or flashy play.
