You don't believe either of the charges the cops made. Fellatio and giving somebody the finger... Obviously the cops are idiots if they can't distinguish between a right turn and a middle finger.

Did I miss something? When did it become a cops job to teach a douchebag a lesson? When did it become ok for a citizen to be detained for simply being a douchebag?

They know the difference....they were teaching the guy a lesson about respecting them and not acting like an idiot...They could have been real big douchebags to him and given him a ticket.

Ticket for what?

There is no mandate that cops have to be respected. One of the biggest douchebags I have ever met is a cop, he was a douche as a kid and even bigger one now and I'm supposed to respect him?

What would happen if I stopped or detained someone for speeding, crossing the yellow line, or any other numerous offenses? If you flipped off a judge in court then u will be held for contempt of court....If u flip off me in court then I cant hold u in contempt....Cops have a different authority then average citizens.

They have the authority to enforce the law. Nothing more!

BTW a judge's power to hold someone in contempt has gotten beyond control.

You've got a handful of police officers rolling around town in a military vehicle and dressed up like G.I. Joe. In the middle of all this they decide to manufacture probable cause in order to illegally detain a citizen because they don't like that he flipped them the bird...

I think a few of you have some serious confusion regarding who the douchebag is in this situation.
