Of course many of the experts that follow recruiting view Tennessee as the favorite to land four-star defensive back Nigel Warrior due to his connection to the Vols.
Dale Carter is the father of Nigel and the talented 2016 prospect says he and his father have a competition, and that he wouldn't mind doing better at UT than his father did in the past.
That doesn't mean it is a lock that Warrior, a star at Atlanta (Ga.) Westlake is going to sign with Tennessee. Alabama is a school he likes as is Auburn, Georgia, and Ohio State among others.
Warrior plans to name a top 10 later this summer, then cut it to five before making his decision around signing day 2016.

"First off, I personally think UT is in the lead here and I hear they are as well from folks on the ground at Westlake.
Now, on to Nigel's words himself. He said he has no leader and that there is no pressure to go to UT."

In the video interview, Warrior says of UT "They deep in my heart. My dad went there. That's somewhere I'd like to play, but at the end of the day it's always my decision. Having The Vols as an offer, it means a lot because my dad went there, and he showed out. So I want to beat my dad at whatever he does." Talks about his dad helping him out with technique. No pressure from family to go anywhere.
Likes UGA because he is from GA and everyone "shows love." "Playing for your hometown, it's something major."
On Bama, talked about liking the campus.
Ohio St. was first offer and wants to visit.
