The OU Frat Case and the Legal Fallout

there is no such thing as "underground hip hop".

You got mainstream hip hop then you got the guy trying to sell his cd on the corner of the street hip hop.

To be underground your end game isn't to have gold plated tank in your gated Atlanta suburb...hence no underground in hip hop.

high hat..snare drum, random dumb synth (im going harpsichord for that purple royal feel) and random lyrics that rhyme + a sprinkling of n-bombs = hip hop hit.

Ill make a song about waffle house flap jacks this summer and get 1 million youtube hits.

What? What? Flap jacks n@@ga! Flapjacks n@@ga! what? what?

I'll rap under LaMichaelbeans Lemonj'ello Perm-a-Frost wickawicka Vonnoblastbeats

^ this will happen once I am done remodeling my house. I'll be able to lay the guitars aside and exploit culture with Komplete 10 in my little studio.

I've got Immortal Technique, Antwon, and Murs under my belt in the past month. There's nothing he can't tell me twice.

If you had 100 rap shows under your belt, would it change the fact that black people can't let go of the past and continue to blame their problems on white people?

Oh, you have an opinion poll to back that up? For a second there, I thought you were assimilating the mind of every single black person in America... or talking out of your ass... again.

You just made a clear cut, blatantly racist statement.

How is it a racist statement in the least? YouTube Common and John Legend's speech from the Oscars and then, without cursing for the 20th time Napolean, you will see where my statement comes from. Again, just because you have no argument and resort to cursing and name calling, doesn't make anything that I'm saying any less true.

I really love all the hip hop aficionados in here. You guys have a real knack for composition, lyrical content, and substance.

But I thought hip hop is not racist and doesn't support violence against white people though. Heck, this is one of the top 3 biggest rappers out right now too. Don't need to be able to name the 794 members of Wu Tang, or anything about lyrics, content, or substance with album covers like this you clown.

Get off your high horse Dink. I can recite the words from "Baby Got Back" and "Humpty Dance" in my sleep.

Straight Old Skool Hip Hop from before you were born, G.

Prove it.

Easy there Wonder Bread, cause GV can bring some ****
Straight old school rhymes, so why don't you flit
Back down to your trailer, you're like 16 mile
So shut up and listen as I bring the original style

Poor Hog, thought he could step like he was big
But GV laid the smack down and to the market with that pig
Poor fool thought he could challenge me on the mic
But knew in the end he couldn't help but like

That dope sound and the lyrical genius
Straight puts you on full blast back to Venus
I'm keeping it real, that's the secret formula
Bringin dope lines, let's hear it for Oklahoma

Now back off honkey.

Live CNN Debate on Race and the

I really don't know what to think.

White folks shouldn't tell black folks what to say, but black folks are telling white folks what to say?

I thought the rapper in the video handled himself well. The guy to the left of him is a fraildick.

I don't know, I'm just so damn sick of "racism"

I'm sick of the selective definition of racism. It's here, it'll stay here and it goes all ways. Marc Lamont Hill is a joke. He's been oppressed and institutionalized so much it's amazing he ever arose to the level of a PhD and a respected (cough) commentator.

Boo hoo! I said ass. I didn't realize this was LeVar Burton's reading rainbow.

Your complete and utter lack of data is why I don't need to form a real argument! You're making false statements about a genre of music you CLEARLY know zilch about to someone who has listened to hip hop (mainstream, indie, and underground) for ten years.

Your second post is just an album picture. It proves nothing. Shut up.

Child's play. I can recite rapper's delight and Slick Rick's first two albums off the top of the dome. And don't get me started on any emcee to spring out of Bedstuy. You'd think I lived there.

As terrible as you are, this Gomer Pile i'm arguing with is a sad **** show.

You obviously weren't born with a sense of humor. Who owned the record company at the time of that album's production? They must have kidnapped that white dude. You know, there are definitely 6 year olds running around with fat stacks.

I have a serious question: are you a little bit retarded?
