Mike Hamilton threw him under the bus after he admittedly screwed up. He paid way too high of a price.

Really hard to gauge CDT this year due to talent level but Pearl will always be in the back of our minds. Every lack luster performance or disappointing season will have us saying "what if" or "maybe..."

Their is no doubt in my mind that if Bruce never got fired we would have a national championship by now.

I'm convinced that if we get the right coach, Tennessee can have an elite basketball program. The facilities and fan support are really good. The expectations aren't outrageous and the conference (outside of Kentucky) is there for the taking. I'm not sure a really good coach would want to leave that. I think Pearl would have stayed as long as he could.

Tyndall is an incredible coach. He got every single drop out of this team. He's staying. Once the NCAA investigation is over, he'll be able to recruit well and we'll be heading back. Bet

Bruce used to have a weekly segment on 104.5 in Nashville. He said more than once that Hamilton and administration did absolutely nothing to back him during the process. The Show Cause could have been reduced. Hamilton threw him to the wolves. Bruce admitted it was his own fault but administration accepted an unprecedented penalty for that type of infraction.

Lol, he was given a show cause suspension from the NCAA. What are you talking abt?

Yet more regular season wins than Bruce with similar talent level. We beat 3-4 NCAA tourney teams. As did Bruce.

If you know anything about basketball you know that Donnie did a pretty damn good job coaching a team with a pretty sorry roster even for SEC standards.
