Methinks you're using king size (correct size) papers. With 1.5 rolling papers you'd probably use more like 0.5g/J, so up to ~120 for 2 oz

maths :hi:

But wouldn't burning 120/2oz be more damaging to the ozone than 40-60/oz. maybe he wants to lessen his carbon footprint

Only if you think such a skill is highly valuable. I'm not sure that is correct in a world in which one has instant access to calculators.

The ability to do basic math without a calculator is highly valuable.

Why? I'm sure horse-riding used to be a highly valuable skill for all men. Now it's not, neither is driving a stick shift.

Basic reading, writing and arithmetic are skills everyone should have. Schools are becoming so dependent on computers that some kids are entering high school unable to write in cursive properly. I would be willing to bet most kids in high school right now couldn't write a research paper without a computer. Sad.

You still haven't provided a why, you've just stomped your feet, and have now gone so far as to imply that cursive writing is valuable.

If someone handed me a handwritten research paper, I would fail them.

Actually, there is a growing incentive to pass it than there is to keep it illegal. With cigarettes dying out and tobacco production dropping due to tight federal regulations marijuana cultivation will be far more lucrative.

As it stands now 1/2 oz to 10 lbs is a felony.

"Possession, casual exchange or distribution of one ounce or more would then become a misdemeanor with a $100 fine."

Unless you are caught with a huge amount of marijuana, there should never be any jail time only fines.

Teaching Cursive: Lawmakers Fight to Keep Kids In the Loop

Butt did some digging and found similar problems across the state. “We had students not able to read, nor write their signature, in cursive writing … That was unbelievable to me,” she said in February. “To say that we’ve educated children in Tennessee and taken away this form of instruction, this link to our heritage out of classrooms, is a grave disservice.”

Failing a kid for physically writing a research paper? How you can even consider yourself a teacher is mind boggling.

If it's in philosophy class what would it matter?
