Is it time for revolution?

Lol

Let one of your students come in jacked up on meth and go to whipping your ass.

Or a stoner trying to roll a joint going down the highway and cause a crash.

Or bubba eats some bath salts and try's to eat your wife's face.

Then get back to me.

if I smoke a cigarette and then murder 100 people, was it because of the nicotine or am I just a ****ty person?

He's trying to compare nicotine to bath salts.

He's smorted too much coke in college and is perma-fried.

You do realize that the story about the guy eating someone's face while on bath salts was false, right?

Because you keep talking about it.

Can't it be both?

It could, sure. But I don't honestly believe that drugs make you a ****ty person. If you're a ****ty person they may amplify that aspect of you, but that's all.

Just like people who claim "I'm a mean drunk". No you're not, you're a piece of **** 24/7.

It is a true story. That is reality, the government can do exactly that. However if they did, I could complain and revolt.

You could revolt, you could not legitimately complain. Your view is clearly a might is right view.

No, it's a possession view. If I legally posses something, piss off. Nothing more complicated than that and that's why I oppose any type of property tax.

Yes, but if you legally possess on day one and the law changes so that you don't legally possess on day two, you have no right and thus no legitimate complaint on your view. It's that simple. Your view cedes everything to the government.

Your idea of federal property taxes cedes all power to the federal government.

Wrong, mine sets a limit on what the government can justly do. Huge difference.

How so? In your plan the federal government can tax you off your land and sell it to the highest bidder.

Yes a local government can do that now but you have recourse through the courts.

They can tax to ensure efficient use. That's a limit. Saying, "I only have a right because the government says I currently have a right" entails the government can turn around at any time and change their mind for any reason and take everything you have. It's the most tyrannical thought one can express.

Because I don't believe the lies your middle school guidance counselor told you?

As much of a crackpot you are, we do find common ground here. The war on drugs is fabricated myths on the real effects of drugs and fabricates crime while giving black market power to Mexican cartels. Fueling big government by emprisonment and funding programs who fight said "war". While maybe not all drugs should be legalized, I'm 100% for marijuana. People act as though there is no such thing as responsible user, but yet, enjoy a beer themselves every once in a while. Support for legalization should be a view of libertarian, if what I do in the confines of my home affects no one else, why strip that liberty?

It would be even more tyrannical to give the government the power to determine "efficient use".

Not even close to as tyrannical. One presupposes that their is a correct determination of efficient use sans the government determination. Thus, it allows for complaints of injustice of government action. Your view excludes such complaints, as your view is one of ultimate fealty to the government.

Your last statement could apply to any drug. Personally, I feel I should be able to buy morphine at my own discretion.

We are just going to have to disagree on this one. :hi:
