OP said two potential players could leave and the decision would be mutual. That means the staff won't fight to prevent a flip or has encouraged a potential flip. If the staff wanted him to stay it wouldn't be a mutual decision.

Hall is an EE and on campus. Boulware is taking visits. I don't think they recruit over Boulware but if St Louis and Allen wanted to commit then Boulware might lose his spot.

I have not heard if they did that or not, but based on highlights Hall can play T and G which adds more versatility. If he recovers well, and the staff must feel he is, he has really quick feet and lateral movement for a big guy.
