I love Bruce Pearl but hate most of his players. I bet it was the same way when he was here for other fans. Tyler Smith, JP Prince, Duke Crews, Ramar Smith, and Jajuan Smith. I'd imagine its hard to hate Chris Lofton or Chism tho. Man, those were the good days...

I really hope we hold onto Tyndall through this investigation....A little more talent, and no investigation hanging over their head...and I can see making a deep run sooner rather than later.

It's interesting how the storylines for Butch and Donnie have been so different.

Both were underwhelming hires, but while Butch won over the fanbase with his monster recruiting classes, Donnie is doing it by actually winning.

Not a knock on Butch, of course. Winning football games in the SEC with a patchwork roster is monstrously more difficult than it is in basketball, but it's clear that both guys have the potential to be legends at Tennessee with enough time.

Would that I were conscience free (I'd probably go a lot father in life) but I'm not. Jiminy Cricket has not only chosen to rest on shoulder but has taken up permanent residence. The Ghosts of Christmas Past, Ghost of Christmas Present, Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, and even Jacob Marley, er Marley's Ghost, are all there as well. IOW, I can't win.

However, to toot my own horn -- I am damn good in the classroom, And those who can make the complex simple make the best coaches, imnsho.
