Ex VFL Arian Foster at it again

Should Foster lose his VFL status?

I heard his ego is so huge that he wants to copy Vol Nation and have his own set of forums called Arian Nation.

As I posted on TOS, I go back to the 60's and can't think of another former Vol that I dislike more than Foster. Wish we could just erase him from UT's history.

Also, wanna know why he was a "risky pick?" Fulmer and Clawson took the most talented RB on the roster, gave him 11-13 touches per game and devalued his draft stock to zero.

BS.....he was risky because of his behavior and the chance of a fumble when we got within 90 yds of the goal line.

I know that there are a lot of Foster haters, especially after his crucial fumbles during some games. But anyone that suits up for the Vols for the completion of their athletic eligibility, or graduates early from the university are VFLs. He says things that I disagree with and I'm sure he would disagree with some of my thoughts, but that doesn't mean either of us should be shunned, by volnation, for our beliefs. I think, Arian is trying to do right for the athletes, who are bringing in crazy money for the universities and coaches, and get little return in comparison.

Why does anyone care? It ain't a secret that players get paid at many schools, and even if he didn't, this was years ago at this point. Move on.

Anyone who hates on Arian Foster is a damn fool. He has reached the top of his profession the hard way and he has that unique quality in late-stage Capitalism - a freakin' personality.

The NCAA is one of the most revolting institutions on the planet. They, more than any other institution, could steer a course where our beloved amateur game, rich with tradition and pageantry, could maintain its local color, its innocence, its shields against base mammon and make a fair deal for the student athlete.

This is the most important topic it faces, and the topic they run from with the speed of Usain Bolt at every opportunity.

Damn the NCAA. Damn them!

He still holds grudge against UT fans. I know we blasted him as "Fumbling Foster" but he needs man up and let it go.

We wouldn't have called him "Fumbling Foster" if he didn't fumble a lot...especially in critical situations. Like going in for a TD in the swamp and the fumble goes back 99 yrds for a UF TD.

I have a friend that is a big Houston fan. When foster was having his big year for them he asked me if I was an Arian Foster fan. My answer to him "he will break your heart with a fumble when you can least afford it" that is what I think of Arian Foster.

VFL, not in my book.

This man is nothing but a punk! He was an under achieving back that couldnt hold on to the ball and lost UT games because of it. He didnt have pride in running the ball...he was just all about himself. I understand athletes take money, but to steam roll your alumni and your school is disgusting. The guys has the character of cow dong.

Next time dont fumble in a bowl game son!

Some people are just ungrateful no matter what you give them/do for them. Get a FREE four year ride and then a multi-million dollar contract to play football after college. Gee, what a tough life. I'm really sorry that he didn't get to eat enough taco's during his four years at UT. What a tough life. And on top of that he is at BEST a mediocore player.
