Fill it? Heck that's all they're recruiting! When's the last time Florida signed more 2* than 4*?

I'd guess he is having to try and fill the class with kids he was recruiting to CSU as he has a relationship with them. I'm sure he is also looking for kids instate who are uncommitted and possibly looking at the smaller state schools. IMO it should not be a surprise UFs class is near the bottom of the SEC come NSD. I do think he will land a few good ones over the next week or so. Kids with SEC offers end up at smaller FL schools closer to NSD as other SEC teams fill up. IMO they get some of those late.

Jake loved that short side sweep. I still wish someone with football knowledge would explain why that side was so much more popular.

The short side sweep should be nothing more than a wrinkle barely used once a game and only a few times all season. It was used waaaay too much to be effective.

Yes, but it was border line top 25 if I recall when he took the job. FLs class was trash long ago as everyone knew was a dead man walking.

Since their new coach was hired he's added 2 commitments. A 2 star and a 3 star. They have 10 total commitments 7 days before NSD. Sitting 14/14 in the SEC and 99th nationally.

I'm literally doing this sitting at my desk right now. LOL so awesome

Probably doing the same thing UT did Butch's first class. Having to fill it with players the caliber that he would not take in future years. I'm sure their class next year, much like in Butch's second will look ALOT different star wise.

I don't think it matters. Hart saw the improvement UT made with a budget staff. I doubt he just kicks open the checkbook with this hire. Hart paying 500 grand plus more for EACH coordinator than they did last year is unlikely IMO.

Each school is getting 19.6 million dollars per year from the SEC Network on top of the millions of dollars of revenue they were already making.

Unless they're including Ruth Chris on the student athlete meal plan now, money shouldn't be an issue.

Yes, he did close with a few good ones. IMO, UF still may do that. Looking at that class for UT, it's not hard to see ALOT of kids who would not be takes given a full year in the position.

Regardless, the posters stating that Butch's recruiting isn't that noteworthy because "Tennessee's program recruits itself"? ...something for you to ruminate over.
