I know for a fact that this story is BS because I heard from a guy that knows Fulmer's yard man that Fulmer would never hire an Assistant Coach that was lactose intolerant.

I am adamantly opposed to having an OC that drinks chai tea latte's with soy milk, on a daily basis. Fulmer better think about this one more seriously.

I'm pretty confident in saying, Kippy Brown is going to turn down a job making roughly 500k as an NFL OC to accept a job making roughly 250k in College.

Sources close to the situation say that Marinelli has already made the decision to move on without Martz (who didn't want to return anyway), but Marinelli wants to wait a day or two before making the announcement official. One of the hangups could be financial because Martz still has one year left on his three-year contract.

Yep. That sounds like somebody, either the Lions or KB isn't sure about the deal.

Also, Freak just reported on VN Live that CPF said he had plans to interview KB when he gets back to Knoxville.

Together, this could indidate that KB is considering both jobs.

I don't know who pays exactly what, but we can do better than 250K and if KB wants to be a HC down the road, figure in which job gets to that pay level. One year as an HC at UT equals four years as OC with the Lions (based on your number for the Lions OC).

We've got plenty of talent to help whoever comes to UT at being successful. Cut left the program in good shape, IMO.
