fair enough. i was near Korea in 98. had no idea you could get a jersey for $10. i wonder if i can find a fellow VN'er over there...?

I had been on a ship for 3 weeks... enroute to PoHang. Missed almost the entire '98 season cause I was overseas. .

they have more risk of losing momentum, if a starter gets hurt. also not a bad idea to let some backups get playing time. that will benefit them more than trading paint with a team that has everything to lose. plus, if they beat us, oops I mean the Titans, without the starters, they will definately be making a statement about their ability in the playoffs. i say Peyton Manning,1 quarter, 2 touchdowns. screw the Patriots. just wanted to throw that in.

yikes. i only saw the Florida game on AFN, and the NCG after i got shipped out of Okinawa. two good games to catch though.

I caught Syracuse on AFN and FLA and missed everything else till the SECCG. I didnt even get word of the Bammer game for 3 weeks. I got off the bus after rolling in from Cherry Point and sat down at the barracks and watched the SECCG on a 12"? TV next to a FSU fan that wouldnt shut up about how they were going to kill us!!! Watched the NCG with the same guy and he was supposed to wear UT orange for a week but weasled out of it.... what a slacker.

I've hated cleveland ever since what kellen winslow said. Once a punk always a punk. Keith Bulluck just told them to enjoy the offseason on national TV...burn
