If the coaches feel comfortable with taking Richmond then I will follow their lead. Until then, I'd rather have Allen and Richmond can ol piss off.

Who is better between Allen or DR?

"In my opinion after seeing both multiple times Drew is in a different tier and has a higher ceiling. Allen is very good and has a good ceiling as well, but I think Drew is more talented and has a higher ceiling."

"What seperates Drew is his athleticism and bend for someone his size. It's just so unique. He still isn't as aggressive and punishing as you'd want but he can be at times."

What's being alluded here is sexual assault. But you're an idiot if you think Richmond would send a text message implying he would do that. There would be no talks of him coming here and this thread would of burned out a while ago.

He's probably your average recruit that does enjoy women, and someone has blown it out of proportion. Sorry not everyone can be Tim Tebow.

Hmm, and some national pundits think Richmond will need a RS and some time as a backup before he is ready to take over as an SEC LT.

I would bet a large sum of money that there are plenty HS males that send texts to their friends implying rape. 99% are joking, but I guarantee it happens.

If anyone is a Vol fan and screamed while they watched our OL get torched last year and they don't want a talent like Richmond because of his stupid little text message has got to be smoking something.

its not just a text. the text was a new piece of information and that is what we latched onto.

There is no information...There's grumors of inappropriate text messages so people can give the line "we didn't want him anyways". Because he's not coming here.

FTR, I have no inside info but have had to read this thread about 3-4 times tryin to make sense of it myself! The above is the best explanation I could come up with.

Now I'm gonna go sit in a corner and suck my thumb while rockin back n forth!!

Do you have a daughter? I do, and I will do everything in my power to ensure she is protected from any kind of predator, whether you think its a joke or not. Any man that wouldn't doesn't deserve to be a father.

I'm constantly on the fence with this one from a football perspective. All the red flags, plus VFL34's assessment are saying Pass. Tough call on this one.
