Dude, lighten up. It was a joke. Oh yeah? Well Richt looks like Helen Hunt.
I give Allen credit. He said on 1/2/2015 that he was shutting down all communications until he made a decision. And to my knowledge, he has not said a word publicly since. I doubt we well hear anything until the "dead" period is over, and he has had a chance to talk to the coaches. This is one Vol commitment I want to hear. He would make the 2015 OL class near perfect.
From the Georgia site:
Allen has been standoffish about his interactions with the new Georgia hire, but there's little denying that having staff in place was going to be key to wooing Allen back to Georgia. Tennessee has made a serious push, and while there's plenty of buzz surrounding the relationship, Sale and company likely have Allen as priority one on their to-do list. For now, Allen is looking around, but don't be too surprised if he's soon "Committed to the G" once again.
Prediction:![]()
While Tennessee hosts a hand full of visitors on campus, Mahoney will be on the road Saturday afternoon spending the day with offensive tackle Pat Allen. Allen continues to field phone calls from Georgia, Tennessee and others. The question is when will Allen do something and if any other team can make a quick impression on the Rivals250 tackle.
Georgia offensive line coach Rob Sale made his first in-person pitch to Allen on Thursday as Sale visited with him.
"committed to the G" is a direct quote from a tweet by Byron De'vinner. De'vinner tweeted at Pat Allen the other day. Perhaps the Georgia website believes De' vinner is going to sway Pat Allen to Georgia. Maybe it's just coincidental, but it's odd that was the same phrase De'vinner used. I don't like that bloated rat butt having any contact with recruits.
I wonder what's taking him so long to do it.., just stick it in already...
