yeah TN river, Smokey Mtns, Oak Ridge, 40/75 connection, Old City, Market Square. yeah i don't know why knoxville would have any value outside of UT either.

You are missing the point. Townsend has the smokey mountains. The Old City and Market Square wouldn't be nearly as vibrant without the college students. Just the nature of it. UT is very important to Knoxville. SGM has a semi valid point.

I remember playing Towsend in football during jr. high. and the town was so small back then they had 13 players on the team and 11 played both sides of the ball. It was sad.

I entered 'colon Nationdom colon' and got this

That's funny, I entered "colon Nationdom Colon" and got this:

Smoky Mtns aren't in Knoxville, Oak Ridge isn't Knoxville and an interstate intersection makes a city "cool"?

Memphis has 40/55 intersection does it get cool points?

I spent some time in Biloxi, and there are few things I hate more than humidity.

Haha my neck of the woods. Biloxi is humid but pales in comparison to New Orleans, Lafayette, or any other southern Louisiana town in summer. Much more swampy terrain over that way.

I would love to see a 60 Minutes investigation of Memphis recruiting.

SEC Storied is kind of a 30 For 30 for the SEC Network...if they wanted to get grittier, they could do it...they have to guard against stepping on toes tho ...so prolly no Hugh Freeze highlights. :)
