Well, I just heard an update on where Newsome stands, but since VN likes to discredit anyone that claims to have the tiniest bit of real information, I'll keep it to myself.

Obviously he tried to recruit for OM, but he apparently throws a lot of accusations and negativity at the program and continues to harass commits that have told him they don't want to go to OM. Said he's very arrogant too.

Since I'm doing all my updates in this thread:

Kelly is still a definite possibility, but I think he goes to Michigan. I think Kelly is higher than Lewis on our board, so unless Lewis wants to pull the trigger, he may be on the outside looking in. I don't know about this one, though.

Something else to watch-- with Steele going to LSU, that might open things back up for Rico McGraw. Probably not, but possible.

Am I wrong, or do we not play OM again until 2020, minus a potential SECCG?

Being said, I wonder if Richmond considered this before deciding to talk all this smack, since he won't be there anymore.

That, or Richmond is anticipating a SECCG against UT in the next few years. Unfortunately for Drew, only one of those teams will be there in '16 and '17, and they'll be wearing orange.
