It would be fantastic if our coaches could put the full court press on Allen and get him to commit before the 23rd so they would know where they stand with some of the other recruits to help make the numbers come out right. That would be the best for everyone.

McNeese has actually been a solid FCS team lately. Would be a good hire for UGA, but fortunately his name won't draw much attention.

It's a schotty sale for the Dawgs' oline recruits.

I don't think Allen is looking for some world class OL coach. It's going to be about personality and coaching style, not resume. Seems like he wants to be at UGA, he just wants to make sure he likes the new coach.

I tend to agree. If that wasn't the case then I feel like he would've already committed to the Vols last Sunday.

Allen, a four-star prospect in the 247Sports Composite, decommitted from Georgia last week following the recent departures of Bulldogs offensive coordinator Mike Bobo and offensive line coach Will Friend. He considered announcing his college decision last weekend at the Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl before deciding to hold off for a while, but he now seems to be focused on Tennessee and Georgia. Allen has taken all five of his official visits, but he might wait until signing day to announce his final choice.

Hi guys! Why are we having such a hard time landing an OT? Seems like players would see the opportunity here- Do you guys think we still have a chance for Allen or St. Louis? GBO!!

That's the million dollar question vol lady. It's either we have been unlucky, recruits don't like our OL coach, or we aren't doing a good enough job recruiting that position.

This is about the only chink I see in CBJ recruiting armor. It seems at UT he is having trouble recruiting top notch OL.
