Pennington had the potential to be a good NFL QB, but injuries killed his career. It's tough to say he was any more than average.
Smart guy, accurate, but his rotator cuff was made of toothpaste.
It really helps the Aim if you release the ball at the Crest of the throwing motion. And use the strength of the Arm & Hammer on down with the follow through, especially when the receiver is downfield and not Close Up
