'15 MD OT Pat Allen

Why can't people admit that we are this guy's back up plan. We could get him but I seriously doubt it.

Why does it matter if we weren't his first choice? We weren't Maggits either. Should we have said no thanks to him?

@Josh_Ward: Whoa RT @SethEmerson: Major news: Georgia has named Brian Schottenheimer as its offensive coordinator. More coming.

Pro coach...has had some rocky relationships with QBs...guess we still need to see who they go after for OL coach.

It's Marty Ball. That's the problem. You can't run on first and second and then let your qb throw on 3rd and 8 and expect him to get into any kind of rhythm.

Marty Ball is the worst

UGA doesn't have a qb in this class, and they really only have two to pick from to replace Mason.

Lmfao and they will be playing Marty Ball!

Wow, definitely a downgrade from Bobo IMO. Not only from a coaching standpoint but from a personality/personable standpoint. It'll be interesting to see how he meshes with that current staff at UGA.

Our SEC east brethren is making our path to prominence much more manageable. Stars are aligning, my friends.

It, as they say, is happening.

IDK? I could see the coaching aspect being a wash. Surely Schottenheimer has some decent ability given his tenure in the league but yeah he's a dick according to several players at his previous stops. How is a guy like that going to recruit or identify with college kids? I would say this is the end of Richt but honestly it was the end when McGarity became AD. UGA is going into the same disaster that we just came out of.

Maybe he picked up enough from his playing days under Spurrier to make the transition...it's possible his act is better suited for college...like Saban. His dad stayed in the pros, so we didn't get to cross compare their similar styles.
