Exactly. Fortenberry played dumb in order to not ruin the kids moment. VQ does that all the time. Likely same thing they're doing now with Allen. Another reason they're the best in the business.

Yes, but you have to realize they write several articles, one for each potential outcome so that they can immediately publish once confirmed. Doesn't mean they knew what the kid was going to choose.

They could probably use your expertise up there. That's my dad's (deceased) old stomping grounds when he was college age (LMU) and with the mines afterwards. Paternal grandfather was a miner in the valley for a lot years. The valley is really pretty.

I have lived in the valley my whole life not any jobs here but it sure is pretty I played football at the old Powell valley high school close of 2001 my oldest brother was the starting qb for the valley class of 1990

If I had to guess the GA coaches have talked him into waiting a little longer till they make their hire. It seems they should have someone hired in a day or two. Out of respect, he's probably agreed to that. I don't think it'll make a difference in the long run.
