'15 MD OT Pat Allen

Good stuff guys. Hopefully, Pat Allen reads this thread and realizes even our fans understand various formations Unlike the UGA, fans who just have that confused glazed over look in their eyes when they belt out 'Go Dawgs'

They could probably use your expertise up there. That's my dad's (deceased) old stomping grounds when he was college age (LMU) and with the mines afterwards. Paternal grandfather was a miner in the valley for a lot years. The valley is really pretty.

There were a lot of questions this week regarding Pat Allen and his commitment to Georgia after the departures of Mike Bobo and Will Friend from Athens.

Allen contacted Tennessee coaches early this week when the news started to break that Bobo was out the door at Georgia and the Vols and Allen stayed in touch throughout the week as Allen and Butch Jones had multiple conversations.

Allen plans to make some sort of announcement at the Semper Fi All-American game next weekend between Georgia and Tennessee but we're not sure right now what that decision will be and even if it will be final. Will Georgia have an offensive coordinator or offensive line coach in place? What will be the fate of Georgia GA Dan Inman who Allen has grown particularly close to?

There seems to be several questions remaining in this one but Tennessee is very much back in it with Allen and honestly they were never quite out of it as he continued to stay in contact with Tennessee coaches throughout the last few weeks.

Dear Mr Allen

When Uga and Tennessee are both at full strength, Tennessee does it better.

We're almost back to full strength and surely will be by your sophomore year.

Come on up to the Hill.

Dear Mr Allen

There isn't a better opportunity to come into a major college program and make a case for yourself as a starting OT (as a freshman or sophomore), than at UT. Plus, in case you didn't watch the UT vs South Carolina and UT vs KY games, you may want to do so. This offense (under Dobbs) is smoking hot when the OL handles it's business
FYP :salute:

If Allen lands at UGA even after all of this you have to figure we were never more than a backup plan.
