'15 MD OT Pat Allen

Assuming we get this guy my next concern is safety. Gaulden is too small, Griffin figures to be a LB, Jennings is set on QB and may transfer if told otherwise, Randolph and McNeil are obviously gone after 2015, so who starts opposite TK in 2016, assuming he too doesn't catch LB cancer?

Ok lmao

Where did you hear this about Griffin? I believe he is a safety all thy way. The staff loves his length. Gaulden will be fine--he wasn't an early enrollee. You will see a difference next year in his frame I bet.

Gaulden will be hard to keep on the bench. He finds the ball in a hurry. Just not big enough for safety.

BB knows more than I do so I'm going with it.

I don't think anyone is saying Allen cannot be one of those exceptions -- just that we shouldn't expect him to be.

If Blair doesn't work out is this guy our only other option at LT? After watching yesterday against Iowa though I feel more confident in our o-line.

I hadn't considered Evan as I thought he was more of a RB/CB/special teams guy. Would be nice if he could play S. And of course Gaulden could gain weight, but I'm not counting my chickens.

I'm not gonna be concerned over the defense. I think we have hosses just about everywhere. If we could get Allen and/or Stlouis, my concerns on offense will be lessened greatly. We are so blessed right now with everything that has transpired over the last several weeks.

Dude calm down, Griffin weighs 20 pounds less than McDowell did out of HS.

Evan Berry has played Safety all season and will remain there. There's no "if" about it.

After seeing Gaulden so physical on special teams this year, I believe he will be a great safety for us. However I think he has the flexibility to play nickel this upcoming season
If that gets the best player on the field.

I think this is what you see in 2015

CB- Sutton
CB- Moseley/Martin
S- McNeil/TK Jr.
S- Randolph
NB- Gaulden/Abernathy

And back to Allen. This guy seals this class for me. I can't think of a single position on this team that will not be infused with talent and much needed depth. The future is bright boys. And Volnation deserves.

We already are at 4th, Allen may put us at 3 though.. Only 0.19 points behind UGA.
