UGA fans are really worried about it because Bobo runs Richt's offense and Richt's offense only. Whomever he hires will have to do the same most believe. He isn't going to change the offense at all. They did just lose one of their best recruiters though and they guy that called the plays for UGA'S offenses that have all their school records.

So I guess it's the same concern a lot of us have with Bajakian. That it's the head coaches offense and not much will change. Except Jake isn't one of our best recruiters.

But if UGA hired somebody like Clemson did with Morris or Auburn did with Malzahn, they could explode.

Yeah, they're likely going to lose Eason and Van Jefferson now. If the OL coach goes with Bobo as speculated, I could see us swooping in and flipping Allen.

I will laugh my ass off if they hire Sanders or Roper. Nussmeier is meh. Billy Napier is a great recruiter but I don't know much about his X's & O's.

I don't know enough about the other two.

They know richt will be conservative and only hire someone that will run his system the way he likes it. Knowing that a guy like Roper and Sanders make a ton of sense and would be hilarious

Nussmeier was basically forced out at Bama right? Sanders was bleh, Roper was horrible this year.

Yeah, he replaced McElwain and they ran him off so they could hire Kiffin. Bama fans did not like him for the most part. He would get very pass happy and completely abandon the running game sometimes.

@YahooForde: Y sources: Mike Bobo to CSU now a done deal, will be introduced at news conference Tuesday. Narduzzi said no thanks to pursue Pittsburgh.

Coley and TCU giy are solid OC.

All the rest pretty meh. But Napier had a top 20 unit at CU his first yr as OC. Got a raw deal there according to JPughe.

Damn so Patt and Frost said no deal.
Probably bc their db of an AD want them to sign a 5-7million buyout. I surprisedth ey landed a quality guy like Bobo.

Anyone catch Grudens comments about coaching at LSU just now? Nothing to it, but it seemed a little odd to me.

BB Men won by 10, 64-54. Devon Baulkman with 22. Mercer has one quality player that scored 30 on them.

Turnaround from one bad season? TCU had a run of about 7 seasons that would make anyone not named Alabama jealous...Gary Patterson is the sole reason that the team is consistently elite. Trust me every program that opens a head coaching spot has an initial call into Tuscaloosa, Palo alto and Fort Worth. I know 3 prominent AD and they all have said these 3 have respect as well as Jerry Kil and Vince Kehres and Craig Bohl.

He was talking about how good Landry, Beckham, and Hill had been as rookies this year then went on to say something like "It'd be awesome to coach there, maybe I should coach there". Tirico seemed really caught off by it.
