Crime is not bad in that area according to the MPD captain that gave my daughter and I concealed carry training at Walters State a couple of years ago. The TWRA works the remote areas for meth labs and such. Seem to have a pretty good handle on it. Hispanic population growth is up which is driving the increase, probably because of the available jobs. Seems to be a lot of good folks and calmer lifestyle IMO. I live in Sevier County to the south, but I would have no issues with moving to Morristown if needed. Good industrial base for jobs as well as the transportation industry is booming around there. I-81 and I-40 come together near the city. They have tried for years to get a mega industrial site put together and approved near the railways to attract more industry, but to no avail because much of the population prefers a more rural, slower paced life style. Good hunting and fishing in the area if that's your thing. Good golf courses nearby as well.

Sounds good. Thanks for the info.

Question for you gamers, my son is 5, he has been reading and playing games on our laptop, kindle, and phones for about two years. He tells me he wants an X box and wants Zoo Tycoon, Jurassic Park Operation Genesis, and Minecraft. He blows my mind. Which gaming system do you guys recommend Santa bring this little guy?

He has already been to the 50 levels of Wonder Zoo more than once. So he ain't in to Pac Man etc.

Start him out on an NES and let him work his way through the classics first.

Probably Xbox360. Xbox ONE is a little more expensive. The only console you can play Jurassic Park on is the original Xbox and you cant get Minecraft or Zoo Tycoon on that. Both those games do come on 360 and ONE. So it just depends on how much you want to spend on the little feller.

Awesome. Those games he listed are some of my favorites. Personally I love gaming on PC. Pcmasterrace just saying. Now, there are some pretty good RTS games he may grow into if he likes zoo tycoon and what not.

Thx man, one problem I'm having is I live in the country and have huge oak trees and the one and only provider is satellite and it's outrageous expensive so we save our limited data for my wife's nursing studies. We use our cell data otherwise. So the pc option is kind of out for us. Another reason I'm leaning 360 because I've heard the XBOX 1 has all the wifi capabilities that would go to waste. But when my contract runs out I'm gona try something else again.

I hear you. If you're getting a console definitely get a 360. At this point I would absolutely hold off on the Xbox 1 or PS4. If you have anymore questions feel free to ask I'm pretty geeky haha

Just bought a PS4 for my daughter...Christmas gift...it's going to be stationed in the living room tho...features. She'll most likely do most of the gaming but I'll venture some.

Got one last year and I have to say that I really enjoy it. In fact, my thumbsticks on the controller are wore down and now they are slick.

Going to have to buy that extra one...also headset and a vertical stand...should I buy the online gaming package now or after she opens it. Thanks for the endorsement...I tend to get buyers remorse.

Playstation Plus(online package) is useful. You'll get back what pay for it in content, free games and discounted games. It is also needed for games you play online.

Any of you east Tennessee dudes know anything about Morristown? What's it like there?

You probably would be better off looking for a place to live on the Jefferson City side of Morristown (the towns are about 10 miles apart). If you like fishing, Cherokee Lake is only about 3 miles from Morristown and Douglas Lake is about 15-18 miles away. Morristown has the chain retailers and a few good places to eat. You are also about 40-50 miles from the Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg area which is loaded with eating places if you can work through the traffic. Snow skiing near Gatlinburg this time of the year.

That's pure speculation. OV is never pure speculation. Kirkland committing Monday. Let's ride

Couple questions since I'm still getting acclimated to the RF posters with info:

1-orange venom is as solid as they come, right? What's his angle?

2-somebody explain to me the legend of 0star and why he can't start threads even tho he's over 100 posts.

Tia... I'm interested in the answers!

OV is probably the most accurate "insider" on the board. He's very connected and runs camps in ATL.

Guys to trust:
GoFightWin
Skeeter
OrangeVenom
De1conley
Matt114041 (something like that)
Vol74 (something like that)

There are others like have solid info but these guys have serious connections. When they speak, you should listen. I'm sure I'm leaving a few out too.
