I assume the insane ramblings made it clear that our Vol in Vonore is a bit too drunk to be passing any reading comprehension tests tonight.

I'm pretty sure that he went straight from hitting submit reply to writing "I HATE RED" over and over in a notebook, a la Jack Nicholson from The Shining.

The orange on the last two unis has been great although it took adidas far too long to get it right. That said, removing/diluting the yellow component in orange which is what the writer said they were going to do = no such thing as UT orange. Yellow is an important part of the mix. That's just how color mixing works.

I don't mind alt logos on fan gear but there's nothing to say that will be its limit. What Nike did to Arkansas has me gun shy. They had a great uni years ago but Nike has made them look like a 3rd rate MAC school lately (actually the MAC schools likely look better). Bama and Georgia have put their feet down and if we don't we'll end up looking the same as Arky, UK, or Mizzou.

Far better to be proactive and express strong opinions on this to the uni and end up wrong since it can have influence than to hope it turns out ok (by that time trash could already be in our wardrobe). JMO.

Nike will do what they are allowed to get away with - every time. Nothing wrong with expressing limits.

You'll like the Nike move less then since they're watering down the amount of yellow under this proposal.

Now, no one freak out here, but my buddy in the AD just sent me this image.

I think they're pretty close on the orange.

Unless I read that post incorrectly about Nike having the rights to the rifleman logo, I have an Adidas hat with it and have seen others. So, I don't understand that. I figured that the school would have the rights to it,

curious to how the GusChamp relationship works out... Gus has never been able to get see eye to eye with any of his DCs. Muschamp wont be a little beotch either. muschamp hates tempo and Gus loves it
