Tennessee switches from adidas to NIKE on July 1, 2015. The orange shade used in uniforms and gear figures to be different from the one adidas used, possibly having slightly less yellow in the base color. Also, logos whose rights were owned by NIKE and not allowed for be used by adidas figure to make their way down from the attic, including the Volunteer with the coonskin hat.

BOOOOOOOO! BOOO on so many freaking levels. TBH, this is precisely what I was afraid of. The only benefit is that Nike fan gear is better/more available. If we could get some of the cooler stuff that's available to the team it would be different but we can't.
This sounds like MAJOR suckage tho. So much for doing what Bama has done an exercising some control over the idiotic unis trotted out. If we don't say look we ARE UT - we'll get stuck with the embarrassments that are Arky and Mizzou unis.
