Jim McElwain's Florida plan is simple. Get the ball to the studs. Then do it again.

Coach Jake, could you please follow this simple plan..

Disclaimer edit: i don't know what movie this is from. And I can't read his lips. So I don't know if he curses here or not. I don't. So apologies if this guy does. Not that most of you probably care ha. but For my conscience' sake.

Someone may have already answered this because I haven't caught up on this thread yet, but: Planes, Trains and Automobiles.... one of the funniest parts of the movie, and yes, I believe he does some cussing during that scene, but after what he'd been through to that point, I can only think of one Man who wouldn't of. :)

Almost every stud on offense is or was hurt at some point during the season. I think Pig Howard may be the only WR who is 100 percent right now.

Nah great move for Muschamp. He has to learn to coach an entire team. Not just defense. He is well known for that and his rep on that end is unquestioned.

If he lands that gig, Houston's first 10 win season Boom will be back in line for a power 5 head coaching Job

Yes, I get that. Just pointing out when something was clicking on our offense throughout a game and during the season, coach Jake would simply go in another direction. Which wouldn't work and be very frustrating.

Point taken. I think he overthinks things and assumes that opposing DCs will be able to adjust and stop plays that are working, so he tries to stay a step ahead of them.

It's probably a good strategy if you're loaded with talent and have a lot of options to choose from. But as the UF vs UGA game showed, it's possible to win by going to the same play over and over and over again and forcing your opponent to stop you.

Couldn't agree more. Always felt like he was over thinking at times. And I kept thinking go with what's working, keep it simple. Maybe we'll see less

Hit the wrong button.... Maybe we'll see less of that next year. We'll be pretty loaded.

Seems Alvarez has his man all lined up and Michigan is still hiring PR firms and traveling back channels.
What a circus over in AA.

Yep you were right.. Again. Not an overwhelming hire, but a solid one and I think he was obviously their number 1

BTW prayers again to anyone that is still struggling with family illness or breakup hurts. I got into praying like I should a few months back and I make sure VN peeps are in there when I do.

Volnation people are great! Just lost my sister last Wednesday very unexpectedly. Would appreciate it much if you would add my family and especially my brother-in-law in your prayers. I've been behind on reading all the posts the last few days but Volnation is one of a kind and always comes through.
