I doubt it. Can't imagine wifey would care for either of those spots. I'd think WI will look for a WI guy this time around. Their scout board is saying Barry should come back. #2 on the fan list looks to be Paul Chryst.

Only every other year. It's almost like a Jason Bourne situation. I try to get in and get out without ever claiming I was actually there.

Lane thought he needed the "worked with Saban" on his resume. IMO he'll look for a gig out west IF an AD finds himself drunk enough to offer him a HC job.

Everybody gets wowed by the immediate success stories, but a good number of elite head coaches had a measure of failure in their resume, ala Belichick, before they emerge.

Interesting name in Wisconsin HC update in 247.... Coach Z. They listed him as a dark horse candidate that has interest in becoming a HC and loved his time there. Alvarez and players are a big fan of Z from when he was there a few yes ago. they think he will just be an interview guy at the end of the day.

Chryst and Golden appear to be the early top targets and I highly doubt Golden turns it down if offered with the hot seat of Miami burning

IDK, I think Sims is a mediocre QB at best. Now Cooper is an absolute stud but Lane has done a really good job of using him and I'm not talking just about receiving. Every passing play Cooper plays a role just about with the ball in his hands or as a decoy to get the ball in another playmaker's hands and exploit the defense. I think everywhere but QB, Bama has top notch talent on offense though.
