Maybe CBJ wants to lock him up before that last weekend. Maybe an uneventful NSD is the plan. Martin visits UT, commits then cancels the LSU trip.

Almost every time we get beat on a pass, it was Coleman's man. Yes, he makes the same mistakes every single time and it infuriates me to no end.

When our freshies grow up and if we keep recruiting like we are, we will have an elite secondary soon enough. Hallelujah

Coleman or McNeil. McNeil or Coleman. If there's a 15+ yard pass completed against this defense, you can bet your ass that the WR was supposed to be covered by one of these guys.

CB - Sutton
CB - Martin
FS - Randolph
SS - Kelly
NB - Gaulden

That's my dream secondary for 2015.

McNeil is slow. I mean really slow. I'm a Jancek fan, but lining McNeil up on a WR is a mistake. Same goes for Coleman. If it were me, I'd start TKJR. I'd play Evan some too, especially on passing downs. In terms of Coleman, one more game. Guys a Vol, but his football IQ is terrible.

In terms of landing Martin, it's going to be a battle to the end for him. We need him badly. If he comes, I wouldn't be surprised to see E. Mos step into Coleman's role as the 3rd CB/starting NB. Gaulden and Foreman would be the backups to those three.

Missing on this guy would hurt almost as much as losing Richmond. This guy is going to be an absolute star, and we desperately need a good lockdown corner opposite side of Sutton. Moseley is a solid player don't get me wrong but this guy is on a whole other level. He would start the first game of the season and could possibly even end up being better than Sutton. That being said, hopefully Butch can get something done and pull him. He's my favorite prospect left on board and would be a great addition to our secondary.

In b4....

I'm surprised you don't think that would be a very shady tactic.

Unless he plans to take Martin and drop a recruit who is not taking visits, I'm alright with it. I'm not sure where Martin fits in IF Amadi commits as well. If it's anything shady, I'll let you know. :)

"LSU has demonstrated that they want Justin as part of their class. IMO, the honorable thing for Butch Jones to do is to bow out and allow LSU to sign him. That way, no feathers are ruffled and no one is offended."

IMO, there is a spot saved for Martin. If Ugo commits, then Miller will sign elsewhere. JMO TIFWIW

Mcneil is a linebacker bc of lack of speed. Maybe his lack of speed looks like he took bad angles on occasions. He is just a tad lighter than Maybin. He is a head hunter tho.

He is Brent Brewer with a different number

Big play for the other team .I don't have to even look at the number.27

If Martin comes on board, I hope he wears another number besides 27. So tired of seeing that number.
