Aaaand that's rumored to be one of his possible destinations. Hope not though.

Think I remeber him visiting there a few times. There's been several O'Fallon kids who have gone to play for Mizzou so wouldn't surprise me.

Still have to sit out a year in hopes of playing in 2016. If he stays here he probably gets a bunch of playing time in 2015 and is established and starting in 2016. Oh well.

Nice to have another Illinoisian around. Former Galesburg Silver Streak here.

That's too bad about Hendrix and Scott. I can deal with Scott moreso than Hendrix because his potential was through the roof. Figured Scott will he good eventually, I was just really high in Hendrix. If he's complaining about playing time here just wait until he transfers because he will have to sit out a year. Oh well. Hope everything works out for him.

Yes. It is up and coming...I call it "ATL continuing to move south". It's a very nice town. 45 mins from downtown ATL. 30 mins from Peachtree City. Decent football down here. Newnan had a very down year, which is uncharacteristic for them.

I know he retired but is coach bass still alive ?

Air Force brat here. We did two different stops at Scott/ O'Fallon. Good place, really liked it there.

That's a pretty sweet school nickname btw.

What don't understand is why Hendrix felt he needed more playing time with two of the best SEC DE's in the league out there. I think it is more of him not being a Butch fan, for whatever reason. I think he was lead to believe he'd be a starter, but that's just me reading tea leaves. I don't know that to be factual

I'm not seeing anything official about either player transferring on VQ.

Hubbs responded to a question and apparently Butch said they are exploring their options and he would support their decisions whatever they decided and he want players that wanted to be here.

Hate to hear this. Seems like a lot of the highly touted Midwestern guys haven't been sticking around. DeAnthony Arnett, Bryce Brown and David Oku come to mind.

How could the kid just now be figuring out he's not a Butch fan?? Did he never once interact with the man, or see him on the practice field, the ENTIRE time he was being recruited???
