Hart isn't a big fan of Memphis right now because he is wanting to play a home and home basketball series with them, but they apparently won't come to Knoxville. Therefore, he isn't really inclined to help them out in football.

It would be a much better game, but I'd side with Hart every time on that issue.

As far as TN State goes, I saw someone say Deer Park shot that rumor down somewhere else, so there's that to consider.

I'd guess the average falls in the 40's
