Paying Butch and staff is simply an investment in the future. He is producing results that just haven't resulted YET in wins. Last year was a slow, slow team. This year was much improved, but the OL was the weak link. Next year will be better, and the trajectory is right.

Sometimes you pay an employee extra for how much better they can make your company, not just for what they have done in the past. You pay them not to leave.

I'd like that matchup.... Solid story line and in a city we want to recruit hard.

The only downside is the negavols will go full retard if we lose because it's Cutcliffe on the other side
