Wonder if he took 40 on a stright shot or hit 85, then hit 77 hitting 40 at Winston Salem?
I wonder these things.
Maybe we should have interviewed him down here at the University of the South. I have the same feeling walking to my office every single morning
The Duke campus is very impressive. Gothic architecture. Duke Chapel is an amazing structureThe Mountain is much prettier than Duke. Duke has a nice looking campus, but it feels very manufactured. Sewanee's feels like it grew right out of the ground there. And the view from the cross is better than any at Duke.

agreed about Sewanee. Sometimes I wish I'd gone to school there when I had the chance.
Please. We've got Phil to thank for that one. Peyton came to UT to win a championship. He didn't go to Ole Miss because he knew that he wouldn't have the opportunity for one in Oxford. He said as much himself.
The talent remaining at Ole Miss when Cut was shown the door tells you all you need to know about Cut's recruiting ability.
I seriously considered transferring there so I actually could get some PT in baseball. Then I realized it wasn't worth it.
But I spent several summers there, and it is a scientific fact that every day you spend on the mountain adds 1 year to your life.
Huh? Are you sure you live in NC?
Any way you look at this post, it doesn't make sense.
77 doesn't hit 40 at Winston-Salem. You'd have to take 26 way, way, out of the way to hit 85, and the route you spell out above would be at least an hour and a half out of the way, for absolutely no gain whatsoever.
Or maybe I'm just completely confused.
He meant 81, I know he did. I would always leave from Kingsport going to Raleigh so I would go 81 to 77, pick up 52 at Mt. Airy and hit 40 either in Winston or just south of there.
Spurrier did it. Then he moved on to Florida and made it almost an annual event.
Spurrier would not win at Dook now with the expanded conference.
