No way a PA goes against a judges orders.

Wouldn't need to make that statement if he was going to be indicted. Wouldn't need to shut schools down either.

Why would they be closing schools, turning downtown into a fortress, and mobilized over 1,000 LEOs and 400 National Guardsmen for a true bill? Not to mention having the presser at night? Nothing in the preparation leading up to tonight leads any credence to the idea he will get indicted.

Perhaps he is trying to force the judge to sign off on the release? Personally I think it's propaganda line, you know the judge will sign off on the order releasing the evidence in a case of this scale.

Sad thing is, most of the people that will be doing the damage will be from out of town so they will come in and damage the town and then get to go back to their normal life when the damage is done.

Probably right. That said, people in a community need to decide what they want in their community. These people and outsiders have not been discouraged would be my opinion.
