MSNBC is reporting that if Wilson is not indicted they will not release evidence as previously said.

MSNBC is reporting that if Wilson is not indicted they will not release evidence as previously said.

Wait...so they're saying if they're going to cut someone loose in a highly controversial decision they aren't going to supply the reasons for making that decision? Am I reading that right? To be perfectly honest I could sympathize with some outrage in that scenario. I'm sure there's no shortage of people that wouldn't care what the reasons are they'd cry foul but to just say "He's been cleared." and walk away...that's not going to satisfy anyone.

The only possible thing I can think of is that there's been testimony from citizens that exonerates Wilson and they're not about to make the identities of these people public information out of concern for their safety. If there's not going to be a true bill I'd want to release as much as I could as to why.

If an indictment does not come back true then there is a possibility of attempting to indict again in the future. My best guess is that the judge does not want current evidence being made public to avoid messing anything up down the line. Only a guess.

I agree with you. At least some of the protestors, should there be no indictment, will be violent. They should be arrested and prosecuted, 100 %.

The protestors themselves, if you ask me, have an interest in that. It ought to be the protestors that are the most angry about any violence by their own members because it dilutes their message.

And what exactly is their message? That if a white cop shoots a black person, no matter the circumstances, he should be crucified? That IS what the message is you know. It has nothing to do with justice. It is all about revenge. you are truly naive if you believe anything other than that.

I've been around the block. Wasn't born yesterday.

My guess is you haven't been out of Knoxville though. I have. All around the world. Lived in a foreign country for 3 years. I've seen poverty and oppression that make the poor in this country look like Donald Trump. The entitlement mentality in this country is truly sickening, especially from those that want to impose it.

Stereotyping white people is racist.

Apparently it's equally racist for a black man not to hangout with tom hanks, and to have black friends.

Why is stereotyping a bad thing? They are based in fact for the most part. Is it because getting caught personifying that stereotype is embarrassing?

And you feel white people don't rush to judgment?

Perhaps, but there is no threats of burning things and rioting... ( unless it's Lane Kiffin leaving Knoxville in the middle of the night...) or killing people. I forgot about that threat. I didn't see white people threatening to kill people after the OJ Simpson debacle.

What did Bush do to prevent the LA riots?

You socialists are funny. Everything comes back to Bush. Get over it. He hasn't been in office in 6 years. This is all on your messiah.... or to look at it another way, your boy is not too bright because he doesn't learn from the mistakes of others.

I think he meant #1. But still...
