If I were in charge I would have several false announcements that the decision was forthcoming. Get everyone out ready to protest, let them get cold for a few hours and then tell everyone out has been delayed. I would do this three or four times over the next few days and then do the actual release on Wednesday or December 1st.

I said this same thing the other day! Someone thought they'd wait until Monday to release the news though. If they actually release this news on Friday evening they're asking for trouble or it sure seems somebody planned it that way.
